How to Measure Yourself (Please refer to the diagram on the right):

Shoulder: Measure horizontally across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
Bust: Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the narrowest part of your abdomen or where you generally wear pants.
Hips: Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the widest part of your buttocks.
