Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All Rias Jaipur products are made to order. Please allow time for our artisans to craft each piece with care.

  • Domestic Orders (India): Dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order.
  • International Orders: Dispatched within 10 business days from the date of order.

Business days exclude Sundays and Indian public holidays.

Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during peak season, festivals, or sale periods.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Fee: ₹300 per order.
  • Delivery Timeline: 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Total Expected Timeframe: Approximately 10–12 business days from the date of order to delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable PIN codes.

3. International Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: ₹3,500 per order (excluding any import duties, taxes, or other charges).
  • Delivery Timeline: 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Total Expected Timeframe: Approximately 14–16 business days from the date of order to delivery.

Customs & Duties:

  • Import duties, taxes, or other charges may be applied by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid directly by the customer to the local customs office or courier.
  • Product prices on our website are inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes.
  • Rias Jaipur is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
  • Please note that international customs inspections may cause occasional delivery delays, which are beyond our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping will require an additional shipping fee.
  • Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the courier, Rias Jaipur is not responsible for any loss or theft thereafter. However, if you experience an issue of this nature, please report it to us within 24 hours of the delivery update. We work only with reputed courier partners, so such incidents are extremely rare. While Rias Jaipur cannot be held responsible, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping provider.
  • Delivery times may be extended in case of unforeseen disruptions such as extreme weather, strikes, or government restrictions.

6. Policy Updates

Rias Jaipur reserves the right to modify or update this policy without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company’s decision will be final.
