What are the domestic (India) shipping charges and delivery timelines?

Each of our products is thoughtfully made to order. We strive to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

You can expect your order to reach you within 10–12 business days.

What are the international shipping charges and delivery timelines?

For international orders, we charge a flat shipping rate of ₹3500, allowing you to add as many products as you wish under a single shipment.

International shipping usually takes 10 business days, plus an additional 6–7 days for final delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

We’re delighted to offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of Pakistan.

No matter where you are, we look forward to delivering RIAS JAIPUR to your doorstep!

Are there customs duties or taxes for international orders?

Yes. Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the product or shipping charges.

These fees vary depending on your country’s regulations and must be paid directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.

You’ll receive an invoice via your registered email ID once your order reaches your country.

What are the terms and conditions for international shipping?
  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged upon delivery.
  • If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to our registered address in India. Once the product is received and verified, we’ll issue a credit note for the product value (excluding shipping).
  • The credit note can be used to purchase another product of equal or higher value.
How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation at your registered email address.

When your order is shipped, we’ll share tracking details so you can monitor its journey until it reaches you.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

As each product is made to order, production begins within 24 hours of order placement.

If you wish to cancel, please email us at support@riasjaipur.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Who handles the delivery of my order?
  • Domestic orders: Delivered via trusted partners like Bluedart
  • International orders: Shipped securely through FedEx worldwide.
What is your return and replacement policy?

We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you’re not entirely satisfied, please write to us at support@riasjaipur.com.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and free from stains or damage.
  • Replacement is applicable only with products of equal or higher value.
  • No returns or exchanges for sale items.
  • Customised products cannot be exchanged or returned, but alterations can be made.
  • As most items are made to order, we only offer exchanges, not refunds.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged during transit, please notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 days for inspection.

Once reviewed, we’ll repair or replace the item and ship it back to you.
